Customer service was excellent. Every guest need is anticipated. Easy-going and down-to-earth managers who know how to make a guest feel welcome. Was upgraded and given an a room with an amazing view! Free coffee 24 hours per day. Spa was super clean and with the best view from the jacuzzi! Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from… incl. warm bread and hot croissants! I will definitely return.

We stayed at this hotel last week from the 15th to the 18th September and had a family room on the third floor. Nice room with balcony and bright bathroom. The tap water is very good indeed and pleasantly fresh. The breakfast is buffet style and from the coffee machine you can choose from Espresso to cappuccino, fine coffees!!! On the last day, the receptionist kindly brought us to the bus terminal with the electric minibus. Thanks a lot

We booked one of the deluxe rooms and loved it. Lot‘s of wood and stone with a very modern feel. Very fitting for an Alpine holiday. We also had access to a large very sunny terrasse. Good breakfast in a room that overlooks the river.

I just spent a week in Saas-Fee. The Amber is a lovely hotel near the lift and “village” ski area. It is a ski-in ski-out hotel. I read where some folks said it isn’t. But, I had no problem skiing right up to the steps and I’m a beginner. The breakfast had a nice variety that would suit any palate. They have a hot beverage station open 24 hours a day. They staff is super nice. They picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. On our last day, they even offered to let us store our luggage and use a shower if we wanted to go skiing. While we didn’t take them up on their offer, I still found it extraordinarily kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Famous for its prime location close to the slopes, in the center of the village and après-ski mile, Amber Ski-in/out Hotel & Spa is one of the most popular Hotels for couples and families alike.
The ski school meeting point is directly in front of the hotel, ski equipment rental is available opposite the hotel as well as restaurants and bars are within a few steps from the property. During the summer months the hotel is the perfect starting point for hiking and bike tours. The driving range and golf course, with tennis court and children's playground is in front of the hotel.
