otherwise you can leave your bags with us until the room is ready.

FINEPRINT
We can not guaranty a specific room type.
The cancellation is free of charge 15 days (June to October) or 30 days (November to May) prior to the date of arrival. After this deadline we charge 100% of the amount paid as cancellation fee.
The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the provided credit card (15 day in summer and 30 days winter prior arrival) in order to guarantee the reservation.
People over 16 years old are considered adults. Up to 1 child under 12 years old stays free of charge when sleeping in existing beds. Baby Cots are free of charge, extra beds and sofa beds are chargeable, please book at least 24 hours in advance. Limited numbers available.
All rooms are sold as double occupancy.
We are happy to accommodate special requests, please inform us via email at least 24 hours prior to check in.
